By accessing this website and making a franchise payment, you agree to the following:

1. Business Transaction

All payments are made for franchise rights, brand licensing, training, and operational support. This is a commercial business agreement, not a consumer purchase.

2. Strict No Refund Policy

All franchise payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. Once payment is completed, brand rights, training access, digital systems, and franchise resources are allocated immediately and cannot be reversed.

3. No Profit Guarantee

MBDA does not guarantee income, profit, student admissions, or business success.

4. Fraud & Misuse

Providing false information, documents, or misuse of the brand will lead to immediate termination without refund.

5. Payment Processing

All payments are processed via Razorpay.

6. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to Jalandhar Region as per Indian law and courts.
