Military Brat Defence Academy – Franchise Division
Military Brat Defence Academy provides franchise rights, training, digital systems, brand licensing, academic resources, and operational support. All payments are made for commercial business participation and not for retail consumer products.
Once a franchise application is submitted and payment is successfully completed, cancellation is not permitted. This is because franchise records, training access, brand rights, and internal systems are activated immediately after payment.
All franchise payments are final and non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, financial circumstances, business outcomes, delays, or dissatisfaction.
Any attempt to reverse or dispute a payment through Razorpay, bank, or card issuer after successful payment shall be treated as a breach of contract and may result in termination of franchise rights and legal action.
Refunds may only be considered in cases of duplicate payment or verified technical failure where no franchise record is created. Such cases shall be reviewed and decided solely by Military Brat Defence Academy.
